Chapter 6

"Hey Jasmine..." Niyah looked as jasmine got up on the chair next to her 

" Hi " Jasmine replied in a low voice 

"how have you been ?" Niyah asked

" Good...just a little confused " 

" What are you trying to figure out ?" 

" where my biologic dad is, if its not Fengali " jasmine answered

" Who's Fengali ??" 

Jasmine laughed  "My Daddy ! Duh ! " 

Niyah looked

" I Mean Safaree .." jasmine stopped laughing an looked down

" Oh... well your real father is currently in jail..." 

wide-eyed jasmine looked at Niyah " Why ?!"

"Well...Um..." Niyah didnt know how to say it 

" Just tell me .. " Jasmine replied

" He used to beat on me jasmine... he used to hit me and put bruises all over my body... one day you were in the room and you witnessed this... i was so angry you had to see that happening... he had gotten mad because ..." 

" Wait ... " jasmine cut her off  and starting thinking 

**Flashback**

Jasmine layed in her room watching tv until she fell asleep. a couple minutes she started to have a dream. 

**THE DREAM** 

Jasmines POV

I cried out watching this man hurt this lady, he kept beating on her, i was sitting in my high chair watching it all

" Tell that baby to shut up" he screamed

"Jazzy boo, Shh for mommy please" the lady said, as the man hit her again, this lady was taped to a chair

Then the phone rung, i dont know who it was, but the guy told the lady not to speak while he answered the phone.

As soon as he answered the phone, the lady screamed some man's name...she looked helpless... she screamed "HELP" but by that time, the guy had already hung up the phone

I was still crying, a couple minutes later, the door busted open... it looked like a cop... he had a bad weapon with him. 

"Whats your name & who are you to this young lady?" the cop had said

"My name is Jerome... this is my girl, and thats my kid" 

*END OF DREAM* 

A few minutes later jasmine woke up and quickly ran to her safaree & nicki's room, she was so scared she didnt bother to knock, she busted the door open and couldnt believe wht she seen

"Mom?!" 

*END OF FLASHBACK**

"Jerome?" Jasmine asked

" Um Yeah...How Did You Know ?" Niyah answered 

"He beat on you because i wouldnt stop crying... you called safaree, safaree called the cops, they came to the house, and he got locked up...? " Jasmine couldnt believe it... it all came together now

" Yes, your scaring me.. how did you figure that out ?" 

"I had a dream the other day... it was basically the whole scene of what i think happened... ..but the faces were blurry" Jasmine said

" Baby im so sorry, i really did not want to leave you" Niyah started crying

" Its okay... i understand, Hug ?" Jasmine put her arms out 

Niyah smiled and gave her a hug.

"Aww... " Nicki walked in the kitchen seeing Niyah & Jasmine hugged up

"Wait Faree, Lemme See Yo Phone " Nicki asked

" Why ?" Safaree asked sarcastically

" So i can take their pic" nicki answered

Safaree gave her the straight face ( -_- ) .. " you suppose to say, cuz all them bitches is ratchet" 

"Watch ya mouth " nicki went back over to the couch where safaree was and hit him upside the head and picked up his phone

Safaree quickly snatched his phone away "Say sorry"

"Nope" Nicki answered

"Oh Well" Safaree put his phone in his pants next to his dang a lang

" Just digusting " Nicki walked past him into the kitchen

" Jazzy can you go get mommy's phone for me please ?" Nicki asked

Niyah side eyed her but nicki didnt see her 

" where is it ?" 

"Upstairs in my room and lemme see ya chain " 

Safaree quickly got up and went up behind nicki and picked her up from behind "nope you will not touch that chain , go ahead and get the phone J "

After J got half way upstairs safaree put nicki down 

" Really ? " Nicki asked looking at him

" I Love You " Safaree smirked and went to sit next to Niyah

" So how did the talk go ?" Safaree asked

" It went well.... actually she explained the story better than i did " 

" How ?" Nicki joined in the convo 

" Evidently.. one day she had a bad dream or something... an it was a scene of the day jerome went to jail" niyah explained

Safaree looked wide eyed " thats the days she woke up and caught us F...." Nicki cut him offf " Fixing her toy" 

Niyah looked , but just let it go  

"here you go" jasmine came downstairs and handed her mom the phone 

nicki opened her camera and said " Safaree MOVE ! So jasmine can sit ! " 

" Excuse Me ?" Safaree said

" Ugh Please Faree ?"  Nicki sighed

" Oh Ohkay ! !" Safaree got up and picked jasmine up , kissed her forehead and sat her in the chair 

"Dont forget to hold up ya chain in the pic J " 

Jasmine laughed and held her chain up

" Say Cheese ! " Nicki screamed

" Say RICHGANG!! " Safaree screamed 

"RICHGANG!! " Jasmine said 

"CHEESE!" Niyah said 

After nicki took the pic , she showed them 

"I Look FRESH ! " jasmine said laughing

" HA ! You get that from me J " Safaree positioned to give her a high 5 

Jasmine high 5'd him , 

" These two...." Nicki laughed 

"Jasmine you going ask Nicki that question?"  Safaree asked

" WHat question ?" Jasmine said

Safaree went and whipsered in her ear 

"Oh yeahhhh !!! , Im about to !! " Jasmine got up and grabbed her mothers hand 

" Come here " Jasmine said leading nicki into the living room

Nicki followed. when they got there nicki sat on the couch and put jasmine on her lap 

" whats the question?"

" What do i call niyah ?! like .. it would be weird calling her mom.." jasmine said 

" im leaving that up to you baby girl .. . " Nicki answred

" Can i still call you mom ?" Jasmine asked

" of course ! " nicki smiled 

" YAYY ! " jasmine screamed

" Lemme see that chain " nicki whipsered to jasmine

" Nope . " jasmine got up and went back to the kitchen 

Nicki just sat there laughing "WOW ! " she said under her breath

"Daddy guess what ! " 

" What ? " safaree asked

"Come down here first " jasmine asked positioning him to get down on her level since he was so tall

. then she whipsered in his ear 

" Forreal ?" Safaree said 

"YUP ! "  Jasmine laughed 

Niyah just sat there watching them

"I got her later " safaree mumbled

" What iDo ?!" Nicki said walking in the kitchen

"Nothing " Safaree answered

" So you ready jasmine ?" Niyah spoke

" For ? . . . " Jasmine answered confused

" To go home " Niyah said

" You just dont get it do you ?! " Safaree spoke up

" Your coming home with me Jasmine... you can come visit them often.." Niyah demanded

Nicki started laughing " Is she serious right now ?" , nicki walked to the fridge and got a kiwi strawberry snapple.

" Yes im serious . . " Niyah said

" Mom !! Do I Have To go !?" Jasmine asked

" Nope " Nicki answered drinking her snapple

" YES ! " Niyah said

Niyah got up quickly grabbed jasmine and headed for the door, safaree ran in front of them and stood in between the door & niyah holding jasmine

" put me down!! " jasmine tried to get away from her

" Where the hell you think you going ?!" Safaree said to her

" HOME ! NOW LET ME OUT ! " Niyah said trying to walk around safaree

Jasmine bit niyah's arm and finally got released , she ran to nicki and positioned her arms for nicki to pick her up,

"OUCH !!! " Niyah screamed " Ugh WHy wont you just let me take my daughter !?!? im calling 911 !! " Niyah took out her phone

Safaree moved away from the door and went over to nicki and jasmine

" You okay J ! ?" Safaree took her from nicki's arms

" Im Fine" JAsmine responded

" That Chain Really Helped " Safaree smirked

Nicki shook her head

" But on a real note Jasmine, you know we're never going to let anything happen to you & i mean it J ! "

" I Know Daddy " Jasmine smiled

A Few Minutes  Later Safaree, Nicki , And Jasmine Heard Police Sirens Outside . . .
