*KNOCK KNOCK* the door was being banged on a few seconds later

Niyah went to go open the door, nicki gave jasmine to safaree and went in front of niyah

"Excuse me sir .  . . " nicki said to niyah then continued to open the door

"Hi, Im Officer Jackson, are you Ms.Niyah??" The officer said

" Nope... come in" nicki leaded him into the house " She is " nicki nodded towards niyah.

the officer looked at niyah then looked around the house and seen safaree holding jasmine..


everyone was quiet... " So... whats the problem ?" the officer asked

safaree quietly laughed but then got his self back together. Niyah walked in front of the officer and said

"They took my child and will not give her back" niyah used both hands and pointed to each safaree and nicki.

the officer walked over to jasmine and said " Is this true ?"

Jasmine quickly shook her head no

" Ok can somebody please explain what the hell is going on ????"

"Oooo, he cussed " jasmine said

Safaree put jasmine down and walked over to the officer

"Waddup, Im Safaree " He said to the officer

"Hey, Im Mr. Jackson" They slapped each other hands

" Ok , so i think she should be the one explaining the story... since shes the one who called " safaree pointed to niyah

" WAIT " jasmine little voice said.... everyone looked at her

" Can i tell the story ?"

" Sure , go for it " Nicki answered

Jasmine cleared her throat and began to tell the story ...

Minutes later she ended the story " and now she wants to take me with after 6 years, but i dont wanna leave him & her " she pointed to safaree and nicki.

The officer couldnt believe what he had just heard, he found it ridiculous that anybody could be that crazy....

" is this true ?" he said to Niyah

Niyah head was down "Yes it Is . "

" Do you expect her to wanna go with you right away ? "

" Yes its my DAUGHTER ! and she needs to come with me " She said putting emphasis on daughter

" Well... we're gonna have to take this to court . . . is that what you wanna do ? " the officer said to Niyah

" Whatever will get me my daughter back .." niyah answered

" Alright then.... in the time between now and your suggested court date .. jasmine must come with me" mr. jackson said

" WHAT ???" Nicki said to him

" She will be safe ... "

" NO ! You know that is NOT right .. she has been with us for SIX YEARS BRO! 6 FUCKIN YEARS ! " Safaree went OFF !

" Woah.. watch it sir.... using that language you might have to come with us to. "

" THIS LADY HAS DONE NOTHING FOR THIS CHILD !! NOTHING ! "

" Save it for court ... they're the ones who need the reciepts ... i could care less... i have a wonderful wife and children at home"

" Faree... go upstairs " Nicki told him before he did something that could make him end up in jail.

" You cant be serious Onika ... this man is disrespecting us in our own house ! and you expect me to just go upstairs ?????? "

" Please ? " nicki was trying her best to stay calm...  " Do it for jasmine ..." nicki told him

" Get him out our house .. " safaree went upstairs and into him an nicki's room and slammed the door

" Mommy !! i dont wanna go !! " jasmine cried to nicki ..

" Jasmine, calm down please... im going to talk to the officer but i need you to calm down..." nicki told her

jasmine didnt say anything ... her crying had deceased a little .. but she was still whining

" Officer... i need you to let her stay please.. its obvious she has really been with us for 6 years .. i mean like look around .. "

" I do not have a say in this... i will get a court date that is soon.. that way yall wont be away from her for long .. "

" I just need you to fill out something  " the officer said to nicki  , follow me

" jasmine you wanna come with me ? " nicki asked

" Ywes ! " Jasmine still had tears coming from her eyes

Niyah watched as they went outside and she made her way upstairs to safaree and nicki room..

 - Outside W/ Nicki, Jasmine & The Officer -

Jasmine went to play on her playground set in the lawn

" First, i would like to apologize for the disrespect, i get jealous fast .. just thinking of you going out with that safaree guy... got me angry ... and i kind of just went off... you belong to me .. you're beautiful .." the officer said then grabbed nicki's waist pulling her closer to him

" the fuck ?? " nicki said pushing away

he let her go and got the papers that she needed to fill out

He told her what to fill out, Nicki quickly wrote everything down so he could leave

Then the officer pulled out a blank piece of paper
" and write ya number on this paper, so i can call you later baby " the short, black , light skin, chunky officer said to her .

" No Thank You " Nicki answered and called jasmine over


* While They Were OutSide : Upstairs In The BedRoom *

Safaree was laying down on his side with his back facing the door... he heard it open but he continued to lay there.

Niyah went over to safaree and quickly kissed him on his cheeck

Safaree thought to himself and he knew for a fact they were NOT nicki's lips

he turned over and looked " The Fuck ?? " he mumbled

he quickly sat up " what the fuck are you doing in here ??"

Niyah pushed him back on the bed and jumped on top of him and looked him in the eyes

" I Miss You Safaree "

" Get off of me Niyah " safaree said in a calm angry voice

Niyah covered his mouth with her hand and spoke " You come back to me ... and i will tell the officer, court will not be needed .. "

Safaree pushed Niyah off of him and stood up

" We can like be friends with benefits " Niyah smiled

Safaree thought to himself " what is wrong with her ??"

" NO ! " Safaree told her

" Come on Safaree .. today can be our first day ." . she stood up and went to lock to the door, then started to undress

Safaree walked passed her and went to open the door

Niyah came up behind him and started grabbing his arms and pulling him

Safaree fought free from Niyah, locked the door back and said

" Ok Niyah.. One Time.. Thats IT ! .. Go Lay Down "

Niyah listened and went to lay down

 " Jasmine come on " nicki said as she waited for her to finish playing

" Why are you still here ?? " she then said to the officer

" I dont wanna leave ya sexy ass " The officer said

" Bye perv " nicki going over to where jasmine is

" Ok Ok .. I Need Niyah to sign some papers to " he screamed so she could hear him

Nicki picked up jasmine, put her on her hip and went in the house to get Niyah

" where the hell is she ??? "

" watch ya mouth mommy " jasmine told her

" yeah watch ya mouth babe , fo i have to pop that ass " the officer whipsered in nicki's ear and rubbed her butt

Nicki jumped because she didnt know he had followed her in the house, she quickly turned around and kicked him right in his area ... he fell to his knees " GET THE FUCK OUTTA MY HOUSE NOW " she yelled ..

nicki put jasmine down and watched as the officer crawled out the house slowly... she locked the door after and went too look for Niyah . . .
